By accessing or using SVG Cut Fix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SVG Cut Fix is a free online tool that processes SVG files to improve compatibility with cutting machine software such as Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio. The Service modifies SVG file structure and content as described on the tool page.
3. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. SVG processing involves complex transformations and results may vary depending on the input file.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SVG Cut Fix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You will only upload files that you have the right to use and modify.
- You will not use the Service to process files containing malicious content.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service.
- You are solely responsible for verifying that processed files meet your requirements before use.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the files you upload and download. We claim no ownership over your content. Files are processed in memory and are never stored or retained by the Service.
7. Availability and Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Third-Party Trademarks
SVG Cut Fix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canva Pty Ltd, Cricut, Inc., or Silhouette America. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here solely for descriptive purposes under nominative fair use.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
